Here in CA our governor just issued an executive order for everyone to wear masks at all times. I’d say a Top I’m Sorry For What I Said When I Was Debugging Shirt. Not sure why it’s not being enforced, at least by stores.I’m seeing it enforced in SoCal. 100% at grocery stores, pharmacies, etc. Board of Health can close stores down for noncompliance.OC resident here.
