That’s what, half a slice? I don’t get this criticism, a regular coke is like 300 calories and 86g of sugar. I always feel dumb doing this but I have to. Regular soda (in the US) is packed with high fructose corn syrup and I don’t want to shit my pants while I’m eating which will definitely happen if I drop that high fructose bomb on my stomach.
